Simplified Task and Appointment Creation in Leads
We have simplified creating tasks and appointments within leads to make managing your leads even easier. It is no longer mandatory to enter the name of task or appointment as they are now automatically identified based on your selection, saving you time.
Improved Camera Functionality for Valuations on Mobile
We've made a change to improve your experience when completing valuations on mobile devices. Now, when you open the camera during a valuation, it will default to the back camera instead of the front camera. This makes capturing images of vehicles quicker and more convenient.
Bug Fixes
Instant Colour Updates for Vehicle of Interest
We have resolved an issue with the vehicle selection process to improve your experience. When you change the colour of a vehicle of interest, the colour now updates automatically within the selection screen and within the lead, without needing to refresh the page.

Correct Vehicle Images for Valuations
We have resolved an issue where vehicle images were not displaying corerctly during valuations. Previously, a white transparent image would appear when adding a vehicle for valuation. This has been resolved, and customers will now see the correct vehicle image.

Correct Task Name Display for 'Call Customer' Task
We have resolved an issue where the task name was not displaying correctly when adding a 'Call Customer' task. Previously, the name would incorrectly show as 'unknown task type'. Now when a customer adds a task to call a customer, the task name will display correctly.

Preserving Activity History when Transferring Leads
We've resolved an issue where the activity history was lost when transferring a lead to another department and user.
Previously, navigating away from the history tab or refreshing the page would cause the information to disappear. Now, users can transfer leads without losing any information from the history tab.
