New Enhancements!
Extended Time Frame for Open Leads Filter
We've increased the default time period for open leads from "current month" to "last 3 months." This enhancement helps users by:
1. Improving Lead Follow-Up: You can now follow up on leads more effectively by accessing a more comprehensive history.
2. Ensuring Continuity: In the first few days of a new month, you won't lose sight of leads from the previous month, as the extended filter includes the past three months.
This change aims to make managing and tracking leads more user-friendly and efficient.
Immediate Access to Leads for First-Time LeadDriver Users
We've simplified the onboarding process for new LeadDriver users. Previously, first-time users had to select their dealership and department from the settings before accessing any leads.
Now, new users are automatically shown their leads by default, allowing them to start working right away without any additional setup. This improvement ensures a smoother and quicker start for new users.
Enhanced Appointments/Tasks Cards
We've made some layout improvements to the way appointments and tasks are displayed in cards on the dashboard and lead detail view.
These adjustments make it easier for users to quickly understand critical information, such as the customer name, at a glance. The updated design enhances clarity and usability, helping users stay organised and informed.
Log Activities Without Requiring Comments We've removed the requirement to leave a comment when logging an activity on a lead. This change makes it quicker and easier for users to log activities, streamlining the process and allowing for more efficient record-keeping. |
Bug Fixes
Prevented Booking Appointments in the Past We've fixed an issue that allowed users to accidentally book appointments in the past while navigating the calendar during the appointment creation process. Now, the system prevents users from scheduling appointments in past dates, ensuring that all appointments are set for future dates only. This change helps avoid scheduling errors and ensures better planning. |
Fixed Insurance Excess Selection Issue for Loan Car Forms
We've resolved an issue where users had to refill the entire loan car form if they forgot to select an insurance excess before submitting. Now, if the form is prematurely submitted without selecting an insurance excess, users can simply make the necessary selection without re-entering all the other information. This update makes completing loan car forms much faster and more user-friendly.
Fixed Vehicle Lookup Error for Valuations
We've resolved an issue where errors would occur during the vehicle lookup process for certain registrations at the start of a vehicle valuation. This fix ensures that users can automatically look up a vehicle using its registration without encountering errors, eliminating the need to revert to a manual lookup. This improvement streamlines the valuation process and enhances user experience.
Added Photo Upload Button in Mobile Valuation We've added a button to enable photo uploads from the camera or library in the mobile layout of the Valuation tool. Now, users can easily take photos of cars and add them directly to valuations using their phones. This enhancement simplifies the process of capturing and attaching images, making it more convenient for mobile users. |
