This article can be used to assist with creating a quote.
Pre-requisites: User must be established with appropiate access to Allianz permissions in order to view functionality as expected.

Step 1. Once a deal is created in Finance, ensure that the below fields have been completed
Customer need analysis tab: Vehicle - Make, Model, Year, Variant
Customer tab: Date of birth, Gender, Email Address
Step 2. Save changes and click submit to Allianz
Note: Each Dealer will have MotorIQ login Credentials
Step 3. Check the consent box
Step 4. A browser will open up a new tab, login here with your MotorIQ credentials
Step 5. Once you have successfully logged into Allianz MotorIQ app, you will be able to see your estimate on the left hand side. If your customer wishes to proceed select 'Start Quote' and complete the application in the Allianz system.
Step 6. Once you have purchased and finalised the quote, your certificate of currency will automatically upload into your Finance Platform

Question: How do I make sure that the user can successfully send data to Allianz Motor IQ App?
ANSWER: Ensure that the required fields have been entered.
Consumer-used Vehicle
Required Fields:
- Customer need analysis tab: Vehicle - Make, Model, Year, Variant
- Customer tab: Date of birth, Gender and address details
Commercial Vehicle
Required Fields:
- Trading name
- Business Address
Question: What happens when a customer/user sees an error message indicating that the integration occurs?
ANSWER: Ensure that the customer has provided you with:
1. Dealership ID/Name
2. Role of the user
3. Steps for the data they were trying to submit
Question: What happens when the 'Submit' to Allianz button disappears?
ANSWER: When the 'Submit' button disappears, the customer has already submitted a quote previously. When this happens, click 'Open in Allianz'.
Question: Why is my VIN and Rego not found?
ANSWER: If the VIN & Rego is not registered, you should fill in the vehicle make, model, year and variant with the Glass' or Redbook guide. This way, we can ensure the data accuracy when passing the information through to the Allianz Price Estimation tool.
Question: Allianz app is displaying 'Premier Insurance' and not 'Motor Insurance' (or vice versa)
ANSWER: Check the configured department and look at 'Department Code'. If it is Premier Insurance, the code will start with UCLANDERCH. If it's a 'new car' motor insurance, it will begin with the brand code in most scenarios.
