SMS Conversation Thread now Populates from the Bottom
SMS messages will now appear from the bottom of the screen, similar to standard phone messaging apps. This makes it easier for users to see the most recent message received and allign's with the familiar pattern of phone messaging apps.
"Use Email Template" Popover Tray
The "Use Email Template" popover tray is now scrollable, allowing users to see and select all available email templates, even on small screens. This ensures all templates are accessible, preventing frustration and saving time.
