Enhancements!

New ‘Activity Count’ Column in All Leads Table View

We’ve added a configurable column for “Activities Logged” in the Lead List table view. This enhancement allows users to see the number of activities logged without needing to open each lead. It also helps users quickly understand the age of the lead without extra calculations.

Direct Links from Calendar Appointments to Leads

Calendar events now include direct links to lead details and appointment details. Users can jump straight to the relevant lead from the calendar view, saving time and easily finding additional context on the appointment.

Quality of Life Improvements for Filters

We've added tooltips for both quick filters and advanced filters, along with a series of bug fixes. These changes make it easier for users to understand how filters work without needing to refer to manuals.

Persistent Filter and Sort Preferences

All filter and sort options configured by the user now persist for the duration of the session. Users can move between the All Leads and Lead Detail views without needing to set up their filters and sort options each time, making navigation smoother and more efficient.

Bug Fixes

Real-Time Activity Count Updates

When users create an appointment through the appointment tab, the activity count will now update in real-time, without needing a page refresh. This improvement ensures that users always see the most current activity count, enhancing efficiency and user experience.

Fixed Missing Input Fields in 'Add New Appointment' Interface

We've resolved an issue where the 'Start Time', 'End Time' and 'Assigned To' fields might not display. Users can now edit their appointments every time without frustration.

Correct Grammar for Activity Count on Lead Cards

Lead Cards now display the correct grammar based on the number of activities logged. When only one activity is logged, it will read 'activity' instead of 'activities'.

Improved Locig for Activity Counts on Collapsed Leads

We've enhanced the application logic for activity counts on collapsed leads. The activity count will now aggregate correctly and update in real-time, eliminating the need for users to refresh their page.
