Allianz Integration: Supporting both Commercial and Consumer Deals
Our Allianz Integration now better supports both commercial and consumer deals. Previously, when users entered information for commercial deals, there were gaps in our system fields that didn't fully accomodate commercial details.
With the recent changes we've implemented (See Changes Here) We can now capture commercial deal information more accurately. This allows Allianz to provide more precise indicative quotes.
How does this change impact you?
Changes in Customer Needs Analysis section
- Once the user selects the predominant usage of the vehicle as "Commercial"
- The pop-up alert message reminds the user to fill up the "Business" section if the user has selected "Commercial" in the "Predominant usage" field.
- If you fill up either one of the fields below, it will automatically populate to the other field.
Changes in Business Section
- Upon navigating to the business section, you will see new fields. The development includes new checkboxes allowing users to copy the 'Trading Address' to the 'Postal address' and the "garaging address', saving time by avoiding re-keying the same details.
- After completing the address fields, you must provide the main driver information of the commercial vehicle. An alert message has been added to ensure all mandatory fields are completed before data is passed to successfully retrieve quotes from Allianz.
