What's new in LeadDriver
Dear Customers,
Using LeadDriver means you're likely receiving many enquiries. While great for business, managing them can be a hassle. Thankfully, Lead Driver's built-in automation feature performs lead collapsing, organising your enquiries efficiently without any manual effort.

How It Works
Digital enquiries come from various sources like Carsales, online ads, or your website. LeadDriver uses unique contact information to connect you with customers. It quickly matches new enquiries with existing open leads (those not marked as sold, delivered, or lost). If an enquiry matches an email or phone number, it collapses into the existing lead; otherwise, a new lead is created. For enquiries with both email and phone, both must match to collapse.
No Lead Left Behind
Collapsed leads reappear in your New Leads filter, ensuring they're not missed. Sales Teams can still receive SMS notifications for new enquiries attached to existing leads.
Handling Multiple Leads
If multiple open leads have the exact details, LeadDriver attaches the enquiry to the newest lead, keeping your enquiries under control and your Sales Team focused on selling.
The Lead Collapsing feature in LeadDriver is designed to significantly improve your workflow and lead management experience without anyone having to lift a finger.
