AutoRadar | Reports

When clicking on Reports under AutoRadar you can download either a Delisted Vehicles report that shows you the vehicles that have been delisted for the month and year you select, or alternatively you can download an Inventory Overview that gives you a list of the relevant information about your dealerships market performance. Both reports are downloaded in a CSV file for you to review the data.

Delisted Vehicles

The Delisted Vehicles Report shows what vehicles have been delisted within the timeframe you select (Month and Year) and how each vehicle performed against the market at the time of sale.

The fields are Stock Number, Rego, Vehicle Description, EGC Price,
Market Average EGC Price, Market Price Percent, Price Rank, Odometer, Market Average Odometer, Delisted Date, Days in Inventory, Market Average Days in Inventory, Market Days Supply and Leads (Leads will only populate for those who are using our Sales Highway product).

Inventory Overview

The Inventory Overview Report is split into two sections being Inventory Overview and Recent Performance. This data shows how your Inventory has performed.

The fields for the Inventory Overview are Used Cars Analysed, Unavailable Used Cars,
Average Inventory Age, Average EGC Price, Average Odometer, Average Market Days Supply,
Vehicles Below Market Price, Vehicles Within Market Price, Vehicles Above Market Price and
Vehicles Over 90 Days in Stock, Vehicles Over 90 Days in Stock AND Above Market Price.

For the Recent Performance section, the fields are Month (last 12 months), Delisted Count and
Average Age in Days.
