Average Days to Sell: Average amount of days a variant will take to sell based on the number of similar variants sold in that State in the last 60 days.
Average Listed Days: Average days each vehicle that is currently on the market has been listed for in that State. i.e. If there are 10 vehicles of that variant currently in the market, the system takes their days in stock and averages them.
Average Market Days Supply: the average of the Market Days Supply across a given grouping, i.e. average over all a dealer’s analysed stock
Above (Market Price): the vehicle is priced at a greater price than the average market EGC Price
Auction Value: Auction Value is an estimate of what a vehicle is expected to sell for at a wholesale auction. It assumes the seller has properly disclosed the condition of the vehicle. It does not include buyer's fees or the buyer's transportation costs and assumes the vehicle has not yet been fully reconditioned, inspected, and prepared for retail sale
Below (Market Price): the vehicle is priced below the average market EGC Price
EGC: the price of a vehicle excluding government charges
Market Average EGC Price: the average price (excluding government charges) for a given make model variant in the market
Market Days Supply: the number of days’ supply available for a specific make/model/variant in the market. This is based on current number of similar make model variants in the market and the number of similar vehicles that were de-listed per day over the last 60 days. This is calculated if no other quantities of this variant are added to the market as well
Market: the number of used cars that are currently advertised online for a given state. Market insights are grouped per make model variant
Typical Dealer Asking Price: Typical Dealer Asking Price is representative of dealers' asking prices. It assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and considers the dealers' profit and costs for advertising. The final sale price will likely be less, depending on the car's actual condition, popularity, warranty and local market factors
Unavailable for Analysis: this means a vehicle is unable to be compared to the market as there is insufficient data to compare that vehicle. See above in Unavailable section.
Within (Market Price): the vehicle is priced within the average price bracket as determined by the average market EGC Price
