If your vehicle has come through to Cox Automotive and is missing a Redbook/Glass code for purification, there is a very easy set of steps to rectify the issue so the vehicle can then be advertised on your advertising destinations.
Login to Dealer Dashboard on the following link: https://v3.dashboard.dealersolutions.com.au/login and enter your credentials.
Now on the left-hand side menu, select SmartPublisher / SmartPublisher PRO and then Vehicle Purification
Once you see the vehicles that require purification, choose the vehicle that you wish to purify and press the ‘Purify’ button.
Upon clicking ‘Purify’ on the left you will see the available data already in the system for the vehicle, On the right, you will see a Vehicle Summary for the vehicle and also a Status Summary with why the vehicle requires purification. As we can see from this example, this vehicle has no Glass/Redbook code assigned to it. Below the Vehicle Summary, you will see that Dealer Dashboard has already populated the available options for the Glass Code to be assigned to this vehicle.
All that needs to be done now is to scroll through the already populated options and select the correct vehicle. Once you have selected the correct vehicle, click the drop-down icon on the far right of the code and select ‘Apply to Vehicle’.
Once you do this, a pop-up will appear asking you whether you wish to apply the code to the vehicle. If you are unsure whether it is the correct code, you can click ‘Show Detail’ to show all the vehicle information that is within that Glass/Redbook code.
If you are happy with your selection and wish to purify the vehicle, click ‘Yes, Apply Code’.
Now that you have applied the relevant Glass or Redbook code to the vehicle, you will see in the top right-hand corner a text box has appeared stating that your purification was successful.
