How to Generate a Stock Brochure
To generate a stock brochure, navigate to the View Inventory page by clicking on SmartPublisher / SmartPublisher PRO in the left-hand side menu. There are two ways to generate a brochure, the first being from the Inventory Management page should you wish to print a brochure for up to 5 vehicles at once, or on the Vehicle Details page for a singular vehicle.
For generating brochures on the Inventory Management page, simply click the checkbox to the left of the vehicle/s you wish to generate the brochure for. Once selected, you will see a pop-up menu appear at the bottom of the page. On this pop-up menu, click Generate Brochure. On the Vehicle Details page, simply click the PDF icon in the top-right corner of the details section.

Now you have the option underneath to Email, Download the brochure which will be in PDF format, or View which will open a new tab in your browser and display the brochure in the style you selected.
Add QR Code to Stock Brochure to direct customers to VDP
If you have a Website with Cox Automotive, you can select Stock Brochure Template 1 With QR to Email, Download or View (and print) a Stock Brochure for that vehicle with a QR Code. When scanned, it will forward your customer directly to the Vehicle Details Page (VDP) on your website and automatically open the Enquiry Form. Once filled out and submitted, this then becomes a lead for your dealership to action.
