Introduction
The header area of your website is usually the first place your customers will click to navigate to the content they're looking for on your website. The header is also a great place to showcase your company branding using company colours and logos.
The below is a screenshot of the Header used on the Cox Automotive website:

Instructions
Follow this guide to understand how to customize the header of an individual website page.
-
Browse to the page on which you'd like to remove/customize the footer. Expand the Header Override section:
-
Toggle Disable Header to Yes, if you'd like to remove the Header from the page entirely (this can be useful for EDM campaigns etc);
-
If you'd like the Header present on the page, but would like to customize the layout/details present, toggle Override Header to Yes. You can customize (see below numbered screenshot):
- The layout of your header (note this option may be removed if your OEM requires a specific header layout as a part of your website compliance)
- The logo to be displayed in the header (note this option may be removed if your OEM requires a specific logo format as a part of your website compliance)
- In the instance of more than two Locations being present against your website, the header will no longer display the contact information of each location, but rather a simple link stating by default 'View from x Locations'. You can customize this text here (for example, 'Contact our x brands!')
-
Call To Actions (CTAs) to be present in the header, when the website is accessed on a mobile device:
-
Once you've made any necessary updates, click Save Changes to update this page's header accordingly!
