Introduction
Key Personnel are added to a central Key Personnel database, and then relevant Key Personnel are exposed onto pages via the Key Personnel module.
Instructions

Navigate to the Key Personnel menu item on the left hand side, and select Add Key Person:

Fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Position fields, and a Phone Number if desired:

If you would like to add a picture to the Key Person, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Add Image:

Note: The picture of the Key Person must be between 200 x 200 and 300 x 300 pixels. If it is larger or smaller than this, it will not upload.

Browse for the image of the staff member and upload it, then select it to populate it against the Key Person:
5. Finally, click the Publish button at the top right to save the new Key Person:
- Navigate to the Key Personnel menu item on the left hand side, and select All Key Personnel:
- Hover over the Key Person you wish to amend, and click Edit

Update any relevant details, then click Save Changes on the right hand side to save the update:
- The updated details will be exposed on any Key Personnel modules where that Key Person is present.
