Websites | Updating a Departments Phone Number

Introduction

Your departments phone number is part of your website launch, completed by our Cox Automotive Onboarding Team. Should the contact number at your dealership change, please follow the below instructions.

Instructions

If you need to update a phone number on your website, you will need to update this against the department. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Locations menu item on the left hand side and select All Locations
   
2. Click on the Location that has the Department you would like to update:
   
3. Type the updated number into the Phone Number:
   
4. Click Save Changes to finalise the number change
   
5. Your phone number will now have been updated
