Websites | Updating Trading Hours

Introduction

Your Trading Hours are set as part of your website launch, completed by our Cox Automotive Onboarding Team. Should the hour requirements at your dealership change, please follow the below instructions.

Instructions

if you need to change the Trading Hours for a Department, please use the below instructions:

1. Navigate to the Locations menu item on the left hand side and select All Locations
   
2. Click on the Location that has the Department you would like to update:
   
3. Select Department Trading Hours tab:
   
4. Update the Trading Hours as necessary:
   
5. Click Save Changes to publish the changes to your website
   
   

Creating a Custom Trading Hours

1. If you would like to add in a custom opening, such as if you are open every third Saturday, you can use Custom Trading Hours:
   
   1. Click on Add Trading Hours under theCustom Trading Hours heading
   2. Enter the label for your custom hours, ie "Open by Appointment every 3rd Saturday"
   3. Enter the Opening and Closing times for this day
