Auto360 | Content Management

Introduction

The content management menu is the default view in the Auto360° App. This menu contains your dealership’s inventory and the tools for creating and linking 360° spin images, videos, and images to inventory.

Instructions

The Content Management menu is accessed from other menus in the Auto360° App by tapping “Menu” then selecting “Content Management”.

In this menu you can:

• Search for inventory by vehicle make, model, registration number, VIN or stock Number/Code.
• Use the filter to find inventory with specific content combinations.
• Select the desired inventory by tapping it in the stock list, then create and upload its 360˚ spins, video, and images.
• When inventory details are yet to be provided in the stock feed, create a temporary vehicle as a container for the 360˚ spins, video, and images.
• Check for the latest stock update by syncing the App with your stock feed.

Finding inventory in Content Management

Searching Inventory
In the search box, type any vehicle details including; Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Registration Number, Year of manufacture, Stock Number, or VIN.
Using the Filter tool
Toggle the filter to find inventory with, or without, combinations of 360° spin images, videos, or gallery images.
Selecting Inventory
The inventory displayed in content management are those results that match both the search text and the filter criteria. Tap on the inventory in the list to select it.
