Introduction
Similar in layout to Direct Message, the Social Media menu is specifically for creating content to share to your dealership’s Facebook page.
This feature is by default disabled. To enable Social Media, you would need to request integration for your dealership’s Social Media account.
Instructions
To create a Social Media post:
1. Tap “Menu” then select “Social Media”
2. Just as you would in Direct Message, select all desired content. You may select any or combinations of: 360° Image, Video, or Inventory.
3. Compose the text for the post.
4. Preview the message by tapping the preview button.
5. If satisfied with your content, tap “Post” and your Social Media post is live within minutes.
