Introduction
The Deal Card is an overview of the deals progress, covering off customer and vehicle details as well as the current application. It is also the first page you will see when clicking on a Customer Card from the Home Page. Whatever information is supplied from the DMS, Finance Score or CarSales data feed is transferred to the Deal Card and therefor any of the application processes as well.

Send Document Access
When you first enter a customers Deal Card, the first thing that will appear is the Send Document Access option. This has all of your suppliers compliance information attached automatically for you to send to your customer, with the option of removing certain material by unticking the checkboxes should you wish.
As you need to send this information to your customer to ensure your compliance with finance and insurance regulations, simply scroll to the bottom of the window and it gives you the option to send the information to your customer via email or SMS for them to peruse at their leisure and ensuring your compliance.
Deal Card Overview
Up the top of the Deal Card, you can see the customers First and Last Name, their Contact Number and Email address. If you click the Edit button, you can adjust or add any of the customers details you need to, which will also transfer into the Application.
The Deal Card shows an overview of the Vehicle and relevant purchase pricing information such as:
- An image of the vehicle, it's condition (New, Demo or Used) and the date of entry as well as it's Status
- The Make, Model and Variant information for the vehicle
- Vehicle Price
- Trade-in Allowance
- Trade-in Payout
- Deposit
- Refund Amount
- Total Balance Payable
Last of all is a drop-down where you can select how the customer will be paying the Total Balance Payable such as Dealer Finance, Cash etc. Simply click the applicable option the customer selects.
At the bottom of the Deal Card is the Options, Explanations and Applications boxes, so that you can link into or view any of these tasks on the Deal Card.
