Introduction
This page is where you need to enter in all your essential details for your customer for the finance application. Depending on how well your DMS was filled out with the customer details initially, depends on the information that will pre-populate into each field when you enter this tab.
Instructions
Once you have clicked on the Customer tab, the first question on the blue strip above the customer fields is to nominate whether the application is for Consumer or Commercial purposes. This is because the fields will below will update depending on what the purpose of the application is.
Underneath the blue bar, you will see in the top-left corner your customers name and '+' sign. You would use the '+' sign if you were creating a dual or joint application, as you need to enter both parties details into the system for these applications
Lastly before entering the details, you will need to use the drop-down for Applicant Type to select the relevant applicant option i.e. Applicant, Guarantor, Director etc.
Applicant Details, Current Employment Details and Accountant Details
Please Note: As the majority of the details are straight forward, the only parts that may need clarification is the Landlord section at the bottom right. Depending on whether the client is renting or has a mortgage, enter the approprite landlord or home loan provider details on the first line. Also, the Accountant details at the bottom of the page are only to be filled out if the client is applying as a business/commercial customer.
