Introduction
The Checklist/Signoff tab is where you can check off that you have collected all of the relevant documentation requirements of the application, as well as send the Signatures to the Business Manager and Cluster Manager. It is also where you can finalise your customers application through Finance, so that you can then use the information to process the application through your suppliers portal, or if using Finance for this, assure yourself that you have gathered all required informtion for the application.
If through our Finance product you are using any integrated suppliers for Finance, Insurance or Warranty, the Checklist/Signoff is used to ensure that you have gathered all the requirements before processing through those relevant platforms.
Instructions
You simply need to tick the boxes of the Checklist as you go through the items for the application. Once you do, the item will be date and time stamped with your initials to show it as completed.
Below the checkboxes you can fill in the CTP details as well as the Trade in Payout details, before moving on to the Signoff.
For the Signoff, simply enter the name of the person that sighted the customers identification documents, then click 'Send SMS for Signing' for the Business Manager. A window will appear for you to verify the mobile number you are sending this to. Once the signature is completed, it will appear in the boxes for you immediately. Repeat this process for the Cluster Manager.
