Introduction
As the integrations within the Finance product for Subaru Financial Services, AutoMe, Hyundai and MyFord all use the same platform, this article will show you what is required when entering the details for each of the fields within the integration.
Instructions
The first thing to do to launch the integration for Subaru Financial Services, AutoMe, Hyundai or MyFord is to click on the deal card for your customer from the main Finance Home page.
Next, on the left-hand side menu underneath Applications, you will see your dealerships applicable option for the four Finance suppliers (Subaru Financial Services, AutoMe, Hyundai or MyFord).
Note - For this article we will be using Subaru Financial Services as an example
Signing In
Click on the applicable supplier to bring up the integration. When you do, you will need to click the button 'Send Data to Subaru Financial Services' to launch the integration. A window will come up asking you to confirm that you wish to begin a new application with the supplier, to which you click 'Send Data to Subaru Financial Services' again to launch the integrated tool Lightning.
Once the Lightning username and password page appears within Finance, enter your details and click 'Sign In' to begin the application.
Note: Next to each of the sections for Quote, Equipment, Applicant and Checklist (Apply) below, you will see either a green tick meaning all required information has been populated, or a red exclamation mark meaning a required field has yet to be filled out. If there is a red exclamation mark, a Validation dropdown will appear telling you what field to update.
Quote Section
As you have already collected the details for your customer in your DMS, through the Finance Score or from the CarSales lead, all your customers information from that platform should pre-populate in the application for you. Be sure to double check the information before progressing.
For the Quote screen, you will see the Purchase Price, Deposit Amount, Trade-In Amount and Trade-in Payout Amount details populated through the integration.
Equipment Section
In the Equipment section, these are the Vehicle Details populated from your DMS:
- NVIC
- Make
- Model
- Model Year
- Series
- VIN
- Engine Number
- Colour
- Odometer
- Rego
Be sure to double check the details before progressing.
Applicant Section
Next the Applicant section will show all the Customer information that you collected in your DMS.
Details such as First & Last Name, Contact Number, Address and Drivers Licence details will automatically populate in. Ensure that you fill in any missing information as required.
Checklist (Apply)
Lastly, the Checklist section asks you to check the boxes for the applicable steps in the application to ensure that your compliance with the application process. Once you have ticked all the boxes, you can either click Save in the top-right corner to save the details and return to the application later, or click the 'Apply' button to send the application through.
Once you click 'Apply' the details for the application will be sent through to the Application section in Finance, the Documents section will have all the application documents populated and you will be able to see the application details in the Finance Log.
As mentioned before, this functionality is identical no matter whether you are using Subaru Financial Services, AutoMe, Hyundai or MyFord.
