Trade-In Offer | Rules Engine - Offer Exclusion List

Introduction

These options are available for you to exclude certain makes and models, vehicle ages, odometer levels or manufacturer suggested retail prices from being available for Instant Offers. If your customer does enter a vehicle that includes these values, a message will appear on your website referring them to the dealership to assess the vehicle

Instructions

Make and Model

Using the drop-down options, you can select any Make and Model combinations you wish to exclude. Simply select the Make first and then select any Models associated to that Make you want to exclude. To add more than one Make/Model combination, click Add Rule to create more exclusions. If you have selected a Make and Model that you wish to delete, click the trash icon to delete the exclusion

Manufacturer Year

By selecting this you will exclude any vehicles from this manufacturer year or older

Odometer

Here you can enter an Odometer value that if that value or above the offer will be excluded

Price Range

By entering a Price value here, you exclude any offers at this manufacturer’s suggested retail price or above from being presented to your customer
