Trade-In Offer | Rules Engine - Custom Offer Deductions

Introduction

As well as the default questions, you can also add any Custom Offer Deductions Question that you wish to publish on the Instant Offer Consumer Funnel on the website.

Instructions

By clicking the ‘Add Questions’ button, a modal will appear that allows you to enter a question (up to 250 characters). Once you have typed in your question, you can type in the Answer Options for the question you have created. The default is two answers, however if you wish to add more you simply click the ‘Add Answer Option’ link to add another answer option.

Once you have created the question, it will appear under the Custom Offer Deductions header where you can set the appropriate Action against each of the answers.
