Trade-In Offer | Offer Validation

Introduction

To give you a way to test the rules you have created in the Rules Engine, click on Offer Validation from the left-hand side menu. Within Offer Validation, you can use the Vehicle Lookup to select the Make, Model and Year of the vehicle to populate the Variant list underneath for you to select the appropriate variant.

Within Offer Validation, you can use the Vehicle Lookup to select the Make, Model and Year of the vehicle to populate the Variant list underneath for you to select the appropriate variant.

If you wish to lessen the variant options shown, you can also use the Series, Badge, Fuel Type, Body and Gearbox fields to narrow down your selections.

Once you have selected the correct variant, select the appropriate Options and Packs if applicable.

Lastly, enter the information for that vehicle against the Rules that you have set for Instant Offer.

You will need to enter the State and Odometer for the Offer Validation, however all other entries for the appropriate deduction options you can use the dropdowns to select the values appropriate to the validation.

Once all the values have been populated, click the ’ button and on the right you will see the appropriate Offer Validation – being either an Instant Offer amount, a Price Range or No Offer for a Rejected vehicle.
