Video Overview

Introduction

Working with Nodifi, we are now able to pre-populate your Nodifi applications with DMS fed data such as Customer and Vehicle information, directly into our Finance product.

This allows you to process your applications faster and get the relevant information about your applications automatically!

Select Nodifi from the Menu

Once you have opened the Deal Card for your customer, on the left-hand side menu you will see an available option for Nodifi.

Click on Nodifi to begin processing the application through the integrated tool.

Once the Nodifi system populates within the Finance platform, click Submit to Nodifi to begin the application. You will see a window come up asking you to click Submit to Nodifi again which you will need to click to continue.

As you should already have a Nodifi username and password that you would use for the existing platform, you need to enter the details here and click ‘Login’ to continue.

Create Application

The first screen to appear is the Create Application screen.

Click ‘Select’ on the appropriate Loan application type for your deal to proceed.

After selecting the correct application type, you will see that the First Name, Last Name, Email address and Mobile number have been automatically populated from your DMS entry into the Deal Card.

Once you have verified the details are correct, click ‘Create App’ to continue.

Purchase Details

The first stage of the Nodifi application is the Purchase Details page. You will need to click ‘Add Purchase’ to begin entering the details.

Here you will see the NVIC, Year of Manufacture, Make, Model, Variant, Purchase Price and Amount Required have been pre-populated from the DMS entry into the Deal Card.

Once you have verified the details and completed the other required fields, click ‘Save’ to return to the Purchase Details and then click ‘Next’ to continue.

Applicants

The next stage is the Applicants section, where you will see that the First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number and Email address for the customer has automatically populated into application.

Once you have verified the details and completed populating the other remaining required fields, click ‘Next’ to continue the application.

From this point, you will need to complete the remaining application as you would normally through Nodifi to finalize the application.
