Introduction
Allied Credit is a finance company that facilitates dealerships in offering financing options for their vehicles. To streamline the process, Allied has been incorporated into the Finance product, allowing BMs (Business Managers) to handle finance applications for their products directly within the Finance platform.
Through our collaboration with Allied, we can now conveniently pre-fill the Allied Credit system with data, including:

This feature enables expedited processing of applications and facilitates easy access to relevant information regarding customers' applications.
Instructions
1. Firstly, select the appropriate Deal Card from the menu. Deal Card’s populate in the Finance tool direct from your DMS, from Finance Score enquiries and Carsales. You can easily identify where the Deal Card has populated from by the logo at the top of the card.
2. Once you have opened the Deal Card for your customer, on the left-hand side menu you will see an available option for Allied Credit. Click on Allied Credit to begin processing the application through the integrated tool.
Once the system populates within the Finance Platform, click Send data to Allied Credit.
You will see a window come up asking you to click 'Send data to Allied Credit' again which you will need to click to continue.
Note: To send data you will require the following information as a minimum:
For Consumers- First Name, Last Name, Address, Postcode, Suburb and Vehicle Price
For Commercial users- First Name, Last Name, Customer Address, Customer Postcode, Customer Suburb, Vehicle Price, Business Name, Registered Address, Registered Postcode, Registered Suburb
3. You will be required to login to the Allied Credit system with your Username and Password. These are the same credentials you would use to login to the Allied Credit system on a webpage.
4. After logging in the first screen to appear is the Quote page. As you have sent details of the customer over from the Finance Platform the customers information should pre-populate the majority of the application for you.
Be sure to double check the information and completing any missing fields before proceeding.
Note: The validation messages can be used to determine what information is missing.
5. Press the Equipment Tab to proceed to the next page. Similarly the vehicle information should already be pre-populated from the Finance Platform.

6. Press the Applicant Tab to proceed to the next page. Some applicant information should already be pre-populated from the Finance Platform. Be sure to double check the information and enter any information that is missing.
If a privacy consent must be given the application must first be saved before a DocuSign Privacy Consent is sent.
To send a DocusSign Privacy Consent to the customer click on the Docusign Privacy Consent button. A modal will pop up, to proceed after reading the modal click on the “Send Request” button.
7. After the customer signs the Privacy Consent, press the Checklist Tab to proceed to the final tab. This tab will display a summary of any information missing before an application can be made.
8. Loan Documents can also be added for the application at this location. Press the “+” button to upload a document. The file to be uploaded can be dragged into the modal that comes up or can be selected by pressing “browse”.
Press the “Next” button when the file has been uploaded. Select the type of document from the list and click “Finish” to complete the attachment of the document.
9. Be sure to double check the information for the application is correct and when ready press the “Apply” button. After submission a summary can be seen on the screen.
10. After submitting the application financial information will automatically be populated back into the Finance Platform. This can be accessed through the Finance Log. These include:

Insurance additional costs and other add-on services that are going to be financed within the credit application can be seen in the Products Tab of the Application as a sum.
