Help Desk Access

This button will link you to our Help Desk Site where you can get access to all of our User Guides and be able to create tickets with our support team to answer any questions.

Sharen Navigation

This space provides you with access to different areas of the platform. For Example, Lead Management Dashboard, Lead Management and Reports.

User Profile

Your username in the top high hand corner is a dropdown that opens up your user profile. From here you can see your role, reset your password and log out of the platform.
