Question: Will changes in Engage show up in LeadDriver?
ANSWER: Any changes made on the lead or for the user, will apply to both Engage and LeadDriver. Any changes that you make in either platform will reflect in both.
Question: I can't remember what Authenticator App I have downloaded.
ANSWER: Search on your mobile device either for "Google Authenticator" or "Microsoft Authenticator". The account name will start with 'CAA'. E.g. "CAA: your.email.com.au"

Question: Why cant I see my new updated filters?
ANSWER: If you are still viewing the old filters, please ensure that you have refreshed your browser and/or clear your cache.
Question: My Authenticator app won't accept my authorisation code, why?
ANSWER: To ensure your security, it's important that both your authenticator app and your PC are set to the same timezone. This allignment helps verify that it's really you attempting to log in, adding an extra layer of protection to your account.
Question: I am unable to find Test Drive within LeadDriver
ANSWER: Test Drives can be foud within your lead. Sales Managers are also able to view the Test Drive overview via the Dashboard.
Question: I'm a Sales Manager, why do my open leads display old leads first?
ANSWER: The default sorting is chronological for open leads, however as a Sales Manager you will see the oldest unassigned leads first.
Question: How does LeadDriver recognise if a customer already has a previous relationship with the Dealership when the customer creates a new enquiry online?
ANSWER: LeadDriver can recognise duplicates within a department or a dealership. The system looks for the same name, phone number and email addres within the Department / Dealership. If the details match then the new enquiry is created on the existing lead. (Email and Phone number must match)
Question: I see more leads in LeadDriver than in Engage when I am looking at 'Open Leads' in Lead Management
ANSWER: Engage used a legacy architecture with technical limitations, restricting us to show only open leads data from the last two months. In contrast, LeadDriver can access a broader range of data, making it more accurate and effective than Engage.
