LeadDriver | Bulk Actions

Within LeadDriver you are able to use bulk actions on multiple leads including bulk reassign or bulk collapse.

Bulk Reassign

Users that have been configured as a salesperson or salesmanager are able to easily select and reassign multiple leads at once. 

Step 1

Set your leads to the table view and click on the the leads you wish to Re-Assign and select 'Re-Assign'. (You must be in Table View)

Step 2

Choose who you wish to Re-Assign the leads do from the drop down and hit 'Next'
Note: Within this box you have the option to remove leads if they have been accidently selected. 

Step 3

After hitting "Next" you will see another conformation modal which will have a checkbox to confirm if you wish to have all upcoming appointments from the leads assigned to the new sales person. 

Once you have confirmed this, hit "Reassign All" and the change will be reflected on all of the leads.

Bulk Collapse

Step 1

Set your leads to the table view and click on the the leads you wish to Collapse and select 'Collapse'. (You must be in Table View)

Step 2

You will now see your collapsed leads page with the selected leads in the "Find Leads" space where you can drag and drop to Secondary Leads Section. Hit "Collapse Leads".

Step 3

You will now get a conformation modal that informs you that this action cannot be undone.
If you are ok with this click on "Collapse Leads". Your secondary leads will now show in your primary lead.
