Enhancing user capabilities, LeadDriver allows for versatile actions like scheduling facte-to-face activities such as Test Drives.
Appointments
Step 1
Search and open the lead you wish to add an appointment for. Click on "Tasks and Appointments" and then "Add New Appointment"
Step 2
Now, you will see six appointment types, choose the one you wish to proceed with.
Step 3
Once you have selected your appointment type, add the name of the appointment and any notes you wish to add. Select "Select Date and Time"
Step 4
Now you can choose your date, the user who should be filling the appointments and the start and end time. Once done, select "Create Appointment"
Step 5
You will now be redirected to the Appointments and Tasks Tab with the new appointment created.
Managing Appointments
Appointments created can have multiple actions on them.
- Appointments upcoming in the future will have an appointment status of "Upcoming"
- Appointments overdue will have an appointment status of "Overdue"
- A lead with no Appointments will show as "No Upcoming Appointments"

For existing appointments, users are able to mark said appointment as either done by marking as "done" or cancelled by marking as "No Show".
Editing Appointments
Step 1
Find your desired lead and click on "Edit" from the appointment card.
Step 2
Edit necessary information. E.g. Appointment name, type and notes.
You will also be able to edit the date and time of the appointment and who the appointment is assigned to.
Click "Save changes" once you have made your changes.
You will also have the option to cancel the appointment if desired.
