LeadDriver | Lead Transfer Process

To transfer a lead, simply select "Transfer" from any starting point and you gain the flexibility to seamlessly move a lead. Users are able to transfer leads not only to a different department but to a different Dealership altogether. 

Step 1

From any of the starting points, click on "Transfer"

Step 2

In the next box, you have the option to choose a new Dealership, Department and Salesperson. Once you have selected these click on "Transfer Lead".

Step 3

Within the conformation box, confirm if you wish to include all upcoming Tasks/Appointments and hit 'Transfer Lead'
