Collapse Process

If your dealership has 2 Leads that you wish to combine, you can simply collapse them together.

Step 1

From any of the starting points, click on "Collapse"
PLEASE NOTE: The lead you started the process with will be your primary lead.

Step 2

Use the Search view to find the secondary leads.

Step 3

After finding the leads you want to collapse, drag the lead into the secondary lead space and click on "Collapse Lead"

Step 4

You will then see the conformation modal, this modal is to confirm that a collapsed lead cannot be undone.

Once you have finished this process you will be able to see the secondary leads within the primary lead.
