How to undo an Activity
In LeadDriver, tracking and understanding lead activity is made seamless through the Log Activity feature. This allows a dealer principal or sales manager to precisely monitor and correlate user actions with the lead journey and key performance indicators (KPIs). By logging activities, users can effortlessly keep a detailed record of interactions and engagements, enabling a comprehensive view of the lead's progress. It's a powerful tool for effective lead management, providing transparency and insights crucial for decision-making.
Every department in LeadDriver have an operational purpose - either it is a Buying Department or Selling Department.
In LeadDriver, we've customised the visible tiles to suit the unique requirements of both the Buying and Selling Departments. The numerical indicators on each tile offer a quick reference to the frequency of logged activities, ensuring that each department has tailored tools for effective lead management.
Log Activity for Buying Department Purpose
Buying Departments are when the departments' sole purpose is to purchase used vehicles from their customers. These departments mainly focus on completing valuations to the customers before purchasing the vehicle.
Log Activity for Selling Department Purpose
Selling Departments are when departments' main purpose is to sell vehicles to their customers. These Departments might also purchase vehicles from customers but that would be part of their business not the sole purpose.
Automatic Logs
Log Activity keeps things hassle-free by automatically tracking various events that happen within LeadDriver. For instance, when a salesperson sends an SMS using LeadDriver, you'll see the SMS activity logged automatically. No need for users to do anything – the system takes care of tracking activities from all the events on the lead, making it easy and convenient for everyone.
Manual Logs
LeadDriver also allows users to add/update logs within leads manually.
Step 1
Navigate to the lead you want to add a log to. Select "Log Activity" and then the activity you wish to update. e.g. SMS.
Step 2
Add any details that you wish, each activity is required to contain a comment.
You are also able to choose to add more than one activity at a time by clicking "Add Activity"
Note: By default the activity will already have a number higher than what it was on the tile.
Step 3
Tag a user if you desire and "Save"
Tagging a user will send them a notification with the details logged so they are able to complete their next steps.
Undo an Activity
If you have added an activity manually you can very easily undo this activity.
Please note that this can only be undone for activities added manually.
Step 1
Open the Activity Log within your lead and hit "Remove Activity" until the number is accurate and Save.
Every Log Activity is recorded within the history of the lead which allows for a clean audit trail.
