Engaging with a lead in LeadDriver may uncover important details that need to be noted down for effective communication and to ensure the best customer experience. That's where our Notes Functionality comes into play!

Step 1

Navigate to your desired Lead, go to notes and hit "Add New Note"

Step 2

Type what you need to and hit Save.
NOTE: Once added, notes cannot be editded or deleted so ensure that the information you are adding is accurate before saving.
