LeadDriver | SMS Communication

For effective lead conversion, dealerships require tools for seamless communication with leads, and LeadDriver offers multiple engagement options. One such avenue is through SMS.

LeadDriver users can easily send text messages to their leads, choosing from preset templates defined by the dealership. For those with the Connect package, there's an additional 'Add Assists' tool. This feature facilitates sending links to the Connect tools directly to the lead via SMS, enhancing the communication process.

How to use SMS

Step 1

Navigate to your lead and hit "SMS"

Step 2

Either write your own SMS or choose from the template or add assist.

SMS Replies

Once you have sent the SMS, the lead will respond, and you will get the SMS reply.
