If a dealership has the Connect package, the 'Add Assists' tool comes into play. This tool facilitates sending links to Connect tools directly to leads via Email.
Emails in LeadDriver are organised into threads, allowing users to easily follow through multiple email conversations. This feature enhances the tracking and management of communication, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive experience for users.
How to use Email
Step 1
Navigate to your lead and hit "Email" and then "New Email"
Step 2
Type your subject line and your body of email.
If you do not wish to write an email you can choose to Add Assist or Use Email Template.
Once you have sent the Emails, the lead will respond, and you will get the Emails reply.
