When dealerships buy cars from customers through trade-ins, the crucial step involves valuating the vehicles. LeadDriver simplifies this process with its Valuation Tool. Given that a dealership may conduct numerous valuations in a month, the Valuation Hub becomes the dedicated space for users to efficiently manage multiple valuations.
Valuation Status
Valuations come with different statuses, each represented by a colored label with accompanying text. These status labels are strategically displayed across various parts of the platform, providing users with quick visual cues about the current status of each valuation.
Pending Status: The Valuation has been started but not completed.
Valued Status: The Valuation is complete and a price has been added.
Won Status: The customer has agreed upon a price and the dealership has been able to purchase the vehicle.
Lost Status: The customer has refused the price and the dealership has lost the vehicle.
Valuation Hub
The Valuation Hub serves as a central space for sales managers to oversee and manage all valuations within their dealership department. Here, sales managers have powerful search functionalities, allowing them to find vehicles based on specific terms such as Customer Name, Make, Model, Variant, Year, and Rego.
Additionally, the Valuation Hub offers versatile filtering options, enabling sales managers to refine the list based on Valuation Status (pending, won, lost), Sales Person, Department, and Date Range. This feature-rich environment ensures sales managers have the tools they need for efficient and comprehensive valuation management.
