Finding Reports

Navigate to "Reports" and click on "Leads"

Here you will see the relevant Tableau Dashboards (according to your user group) with month-to-date statistics.

Important: You must ensure that you have setup your Tableau account with multi-factor Austentication linked to your LeadDriver account before being able to view your reports.

Choose Specific Dealership or Department

Upon loading the report, the 'Dealership' and 'Department' parameters will be defaulted to 'All'. To change any of these, the user can simply click on the drop down menu and choose the preference(s) and click 'Apply'

Hint: If a specific Dealership is chosen, then the Department Parameter will automatically update to only return the Departments relevant to that Dealership.

Choose a Time-Frame

When your report loads, it will automatically be set to month-to-date statistics i.e.
1. The 'Period' will be displayed to 'This Month'
2. The 'Date Type' will be displayed as 'Date Created'

To change the timeframe, you must use the 'Period' and 'Date' pramaeters to select the date period.

Please note that there isn't a 'From' and 'To' calendar picker for this project.

• Yesterday
• This Week
• Last Week
• This Month
• Last Month
• Last 90 days
