Lead Driver Sales Managers can streamline lead assignment by enabling Lead Auto Allocation. Once activated, any newly created lead in the system will be automatically assigned to the enabled users in a round-robin fashion. This feature ensures a fair and balanced distribution of leads among team members, optimising efficiency and providing a systematic approach to lead management.
Step 1
Navigate to your settings and expand the "Lead Auto Allocation" Section.
Step 2
Select your department and the users who need to be in the Auto Allocation.
