The Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) tiles are common statistics for the report in question. They are enhanced to calculate the 'performance' at any given timeframe chosen.
Additionally, they provide a clear indication to the user of whether the current statistic is 'better' or 'worse' compared to the same previous time-frame chosen. This enhancement offers valuable insights into the performance trends over time.

red if the KPI was worse today than it was yesterday.
The ‘grey’ bar ‘|' that you will see is the date 'anchor’, i.e., where the statistic is up to for the time chosen. The line if a visual of how the statistic has changed during the period chose.

The KPI's featured on each Dashboard mirror common KPIs found in previous Insight Reports. They dynamically display increases and decreases at any given time, offering users a familiar and insightful way to track performance trends.
Enquiries: A count of enquiries
Leads: A count of leads
Sold: Count of leads with a sold date
Delivered: Count of leads with a delivered date
Lost: Count of leads with a lost date
Enquiry KPI's
New: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'New'
Allocated: A count of all enquiries with a stats of 'Aloocated'
Appointment Made: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Appointment Made'
Completed %: A percentage of enquiries with a state of 'Completed'
Lost: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Lost'
Activities KPI's
Enquiries: A count of enquiries
Leads: A count of leads
Assigned: % of leads where a date assigned is recorded
Unassigned: Count of leads where dates assigned is not recorded
Contacted: % of leads that have one of the following activities on the lead
a. Left Message
b. Sent SMS
c. Sent Email
d. Called Customer
Average TTC: The average time between the date created and the first contact activity during business hours (8:30AM-6:30PM Mon-Sat)
Appointments: % of leads where there is an appointment activity, or where there is a task (Test Drive, Apprasial, At Dealership or away from Dealership Appointment)
Sold: Count of leads with a sold date
Delivered: Count of leads with a delivered date
Lost: Count of leads with a lost date
