The Enquiries Dashboard presents a set of common Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting increases and decreases compared to the previous date parameter selected. Additionally, high-level graphs provide an overview of enquiries categorized by States, similar to the information available in the previous Insights platform. This comprehensive presentation allows users to quickly assess performance trends and geographical distribution of enquiries.

Enquiries Overview
The Enquiry Overview is a dynamic Data Table that provides detailed statistics categorized by both Dealer and Sales Person. This table is interactive and can be updated by applying any of the relevant 'Filters'.
Enquiries are grouped by:
New: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'New'
Allocated %: A % of all enquiries with a state of 'Allocated'
Left Message: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Left Message'
SentEmailOrSMS: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'SentEmailOrSMS'
Undecided: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Undecided'
Appointment Made: A % of all enquiries with a state of 'Appointment Made'
Completed: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Completed'
Lost: A count of all enquiries with a state of 'Lost'
