Notably, this Dashboard incorporates baseline statistic benchmarks for several fields. It's important to note that these benchmarks are standardized for all Dealers and cannot be customized on an individual basis.

Leads by CAA
The Leads by CAA chart shows the number of leads by Cox Automotive Australia, as well as the number of 'enquiries' on those Lead(s).
Users can click a section of the pie chart to display a hover tool tip with more information.
Leads are grouped by Valuation, Book A Test Drive, Finance Score, Finance Application, Vehicle of Interest, Express Checkout and Trade-In Offer.
Online Tool Leads
A graph illustrating Online Tools, not specific to the DealerCell Lead Source, is presented in the form of a bar chart. Users can interact by clicking on any bar within the graph, triggering a hover tooltip that provides additional information on the specific 'State' statistics.
Leads are grouped by Valuation, Book A Test Drive, Finance Score, Finance Application, Vehicle of Interest, Express Checkout, Trade-In Offer and Other (all other online took enquiry types).
Leads Overview
The Leads Overview Data Table furnishes a high-level summary of 'Leads' at any given time. Additionally, it offers 'Filters' for 'Department' and 'Sales Person', providing users the option to refine the data for specific statistics based on their preferences.
