Valuations Funnel
This graph illustrates a Valuations Funnel for Leads, as per the metrics overview. Users can interact with the graph by clicking on a section of the Funnel, prompting a hover tooltip that provides more information on a specific 'Tool'.
Valuations are grouped by:
1. The number of Valuation Activities or tasks for the period chosen
2. The number of Valuation Appointment tasks
3. The number of Valuations Won for the period chosen
Valuations Status
The Valuation Status Pie chart visually represents the breakdown of all Valuations by 'Status'. Users can engage with the chart by clicking on a section of the Pie, prompting a hover tooltip that provides more detailed information on a specific 'Tool'.
Status' are grouped by Pending, Valued, Won and Lost.
Valuations by Dealership
The Valuations by Dealership Data Table offers a high-level overview of Valuations by each Dealership and Sales Person. This table incorporates interactive 'Filters', providing users with the flexibility to target their statistics based on specific criteria.
Valuations: A count of Valuations
Pending: A count of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Pending'
Complete: A count of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Complete'
PPSR Completed: A count of leads with a PPSR status
Won: A count of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Won'
Won %: % of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Won'
Valuations by Valuer
The Valuations by Valuer Data Table furnishes a high-level overview of Valuations categorized by Valuers. This table is designed to provide users with a comprehensive summary of Valuations data specific to individual Valuers.
Valuations: A count of Valuations
Pending: A count of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Pending'
Complete: A count of leads with a Valuation that has a status of 'Complete'
