Dashboard
We have made several changes surrounding the Dashboard within LeadDriver - Please read through the below carefully.
Last Action Leads are now ordered chronologically: Previously, there was an issue where the Last Actioned Leads on the Dashboard were not ordered in a chronological manner. We have addressed this and implemented a change so that the latest actioned leads now appear at the top, followed by older updated leads in descending order.
Appointments and Tasks are now ordered chronologically: Previously, there might have been a discrepancy in the chronological order of Appointments and Tasks on the Dashboard. We have fixed this issue, and now, Appointments and Tasks are ordered chronologically, providing users with a more organised and intuitive view of their schedule and tasks.
Performance Descrepencies: After investigating reported performance issues on both the Dashboard and All Leads Page, our team implemented fixes to enhance loading times and overall performance. We are committed to ongoing improvements, and additional updates will be made in successive iterations to further optimise performance.
Improved Spacing between Assignee and Action Columns: Previously, there were issues with the spacing between the Assignee and Action columns. We have addressed these concerns by ensuring proper spacing for improved readability and a more organised layout. |
Last Updated Leads Journey Column: Previously, the journey column in the Last Updated Leads tab was truncated, not showing the full milestones of the journey. We have addressed this issue, and now the journey column displays all the milestones in their entirety.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
We have made several changes surrounding KPI's - Please read through the below carefully.
KPI's were not updating on the Dashboard: We have implemented the first round of fixes to ensure that KPIs now accurately reflect daily user activity. Our team is continuing to investigate and will be implementing additional updates to further enhance the KPI functionality on the Dashboard.
KPI Appearance on the Dashboard: Previously, the KPI in the Dashboard featured borders and shadows that may have affected its visual appeal. In response to this feedback, we have made the necessary adjustments, ensuring that the KPI now appears clean and without any borders.
Navigation when KPI in expand mode: Previously, there was a limitation that hindered tab navigation while the KPI was expanded. We have implemented a fix, and users can now seamlessly navigate through the dashboard tabs even when the KPI is in expanded mode.
KPI cards in the Dashboard appear interactive without actual functionality: Previously, each card in the KPI section might have given the impression of interactivity, but clicking on them didn't lead to any specific functions or actions. We have resolved this by making the individual KPI cards non-interactive, aligning them with their intended behavior.

SMS and Emails
We have made several changes surrounding SMS and Emails - Please read through the below carefully.
SMS and Email Notifications now contain Driect link to platform: Now, whenever a customer from a dealership responds to an SMS, the assigned salesperson receives a notification (via SMS, Email, or Dashboard, according to their preferences) with a link directly to the LeadDriver platform. |
SMS Functionality: Previously, there was an issue where sending SMS within LeadDriver was not functioning properly. Our team conducted an investigation and successfully implemented a fix.
SMS and Emails in Dashboard now have a show/hide team button for Sales Manager: Previously, Sales Managers did not have the option to hide or view their team's SMS and Emails in the Dashboard. We have addressed this issue, and the "Hide/View Team" button has now been added to the SMS and Emails tabs, providing Sales Managers with the ability to manage the visibility of their team's communication more effectively.

Clear All Filters Fuction not working as expected
Previously, after applying filters in the Valuation Hub, clicking on "Clear All" did not remove the filters, requiring users to manually refresh the page. Addition of already assigned Vehicle on a lead
When attempting to add a vehicle to a lead, if the vehicle is already assigned or exists as a vehicle of interest (specific stock vehicle, showroom vehicle, or glass guide vehicle), an error message will now be displayed. This message serves to inform the salesperson that the vehicle already exists against the lead, preventing duplicate entries and providing clear guidance.

Registration Expiry Date field
Previously, users could enter any value in the registration expiry date field when creating an enquiry. To rectify this, we've implemented a limit to ensure that users can only enter expiry dates within a reasonable range. Now, users can input expiry dates from the day of the form being added up to 10 years into the future. For example, if the enquiry is added on 31/01/2024, the user can specify an expiry date between 31/01/2024 and 31/01/2034.
