We're thrilled to announce the addition of loan car functionality to LeadDriver. With this feature, dealerships can effortlessly create and manage loan vehicles.
Users are now able to create and manage loan vehicles directly within LeadDriver, designate dealership staff as drivers of loan vehicles and utilise stock vehicles for loans or create manual entries for loan vehicles.

Valuation Completion Entry for Journeys
We've resolved an issue specific to Journeys involving valuations. Previously, users completing valuations had to refresh the page to see the valuations marked as complete on their journey.
This issue has been addressed, and now users will see valuations reflecting as complete on their journey immediately after completion, without the need for page refresh.

Disordered New Leads in Lead Management
We've identified an issue within the New Leads section of Lead Management, where leads aren't currently organised in chronological order based on their last update.
You can now expect to see leads in the New Leads section correctly ordered by their last updated timestamp, providing you with a more organised and efficient lead management experience.

Buying Department - Valuation Vehicles Tab
To align with the nature of the leads in the Buying department, we've made a crucial update. Now, within the LeadDetails, the tab previously labeled "Vehicle of Interest" has been renamed to "Valuation Vehicle."
This change ensures clarity and accuracy, reflecting the focus on valuation vehicles within the Buying department. With this adjustment, users will have a more intuitive experience navigating leads and managing valuation-related tasks.

Tool Tip
Hiding Behind Top Menu in Lead Details
We've identified an issue with the Journey tool tip within Lead Details, where it's obstructed by the top menu, making it inaccessible for users. This issue has been rectified and users are now able to view the Tool Tip clearly.

We've identified an issue with the tooltip feature associated with the Journey feature, where the tooltip is being cut short and hidden, making it difficult for users to access important information. This issue has been rectified and users are now able to view the Tool Tip fully and clearly.

Appointment Status Icon Inconsistency in Card ViewWe've identified an inconsistency in the Appointment Status icons within the Lead List Card View. Despite the design specifying conditions for displaying different icons based on appointment status (confirmed, no appointment, or appointment requested), only the "check" icon for confirmed appointments is consistently displayed, regardless of the actual appointment status. Users will now be able to see the Appointment Status icons in the Lead List Card View, aligning with the designated conditions, providing a clearer representation of appointment statuses for improved usability. |

Individual Reassign/Transfer Checkbox Inclusion
We've recognised an opportunity to improve the Individual Reassign/Transfer functionality by incorporating the checkbox feature from Bulk Reassign. Currently, the checkbox option, which facilitates the selection of multiple items for reassignment, is missing from the Individual Reassign/Transfer process.
To streamline the reassignment process and ensure consistency across functionalities, we're implementing an update to include the checkbox feature in Individual Reassign/Transfer. This enhancement will provide users with greater flexibility and efficiency when transferring individual items.

Incorrect Display of Tiles Upon Tool Loading in Connect Tools
We've identified an issue within Connect Tools where tiles are displayed prematurely upon tool loading. This behavior is inconsistent with the intended functionality, as tiles should only be displayed after the tool has fully loaded.
Users can now expect tiles to appear on Connect Tools only after the tool has completed loading, ensuring a more intuitive and user-friendly interface.
