Lead Classification - Business or Consumer
We've added a fantastic new feature to make managing your leads even easier: Lead Classification! Now you can effortlessly categorise your leads as either Business or Personal with just a few clicks.
Here's how it works:
1. Edit your Lead: Simply navigate to the lead you want to classify and click on on it.
2. Choose Classification: Within the editing interface, you'll find a new field where you can specify whether the lead is related to Business or Personal.
3. Save your Changes: Once you've made your selection, save your changes.
Bulk Edit of Leads
We've listened to your feedback and are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to our bulk edit functionality. Managing leads just got a whole lot easier with our new and improved bulk edit view!
Here's whats new:
1. Simplified Selection: Now, on the table view, you can easily select multiple leads with just a click.
2. Primary Bulk Edit Action: Choose from a range of primary bulk edit actions to apply to your selected leads. Whether it's updating statuses, assigning owners, or classifying leads, you can do it all in one go!
3. Effortless Conformation: Once you've selected your desired action, simply confirm and watch as your changes are swiftly applied to all selected leads.
Tooltip for Columns - List Table View
We're excited to introduce a handy enhancement to our LeadManagement table view: tooltips for all columns! Now, accessing crucial details such as the department the lead is in and the assigned user is easier than ever.
With these tooltips, gaining insight into your leads' departments and assigned users is just a hover away, streamlining your lead management process like never before.
Enhanced Valuation Card Fields in Valuation Hub
We're excited to announce that we've expanded the fields available on the valuation card in Valuation Hub to provide you with more comprehensive information. Here's what's new:
1. Rego: The Registration number field has been added to the valuation card, allowing you to easily identify the vehicle associated with each valuation.
2. Customer Price: The customer price field displays the price offered to the customer for the vehicle. This information is visible to all sales personnel.
3. Dealer Price: The dealer price field shows the price offered to the dealer for the vehicle. This field is visible to sales managers only, providing them with additional insight into the valuation.

KPI Adjustment for TestDrive Function in Buying Journey Departments
We've implemented a crucial fix to ensure accuracy in our KPI metrics for departments focused on the Buying journey. Specifically, if a department's purpose is designated as Buying, it logically follows that they do not engage in TestDrive activities.
Departments with a Buying purpose will no longer have KPI metrics associated with TestDrive functions. This adjustment ensures that KPIs accurately reflect departmental activities and goals.

Image Display Issue Resolved in Valuation Hub Page
We're thrilled to announce that the issue with uploaded images not displaying in the Valuation section of the hub page has been successfully resolved!
The uploaded images in the Valuation section are now being properly displayed on the Valuation hub page, ensuring that all relevant visuals are visible to users.

Loan Vehicles to multiple customers within same day
To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we've implemented a new policy: you can no longer loan the same car to two different customers simultaneously on the same day.
By preventing double bookings of the same vehicle, we avoid potential conflicts and confusion in our loaning process, leading to smoother operations overall.

We're excited to announce an upgrade to our Quick Filters feature, designed to make accessing loan schedules even easier for dealers. Now, you can search and fetch the name of the loan car driver directly through the Quick Filters search function!
Here's how it works:
1. Intuitive Search Functionality: Within the Quick Filters interface, simply enter the name of the loan car driver you are searching for.
2. Instant Retrieval: Our advances search algorithm swiftly fetches and displays loan schedules associated with specified drivers name.
With this enhancement, dealers can efficiently manage loan schedules and provide superior service to customers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
