As part of our branding updates, we've reviewed and revised email and SMS notifications where "LeadDriver" was written as "Lead Driver." This ensures consistency in our branding across all communication channels, maintaining a unified and professional appearance.

Collapsable Side Menu
We understand that users with smaller laptop screens or tablets need to maximize the information displayed in limited space. That's why we're introducing a feature to collapse the side menu! By collapsing the side nav, you'll free up valuable screen real estate, allowing you to navigate more efficiently. You'll have the option to collapse or expand the side menu as needed, providing a seamless and customisable experience tailored to your device and preferences.

Valuation Printout
When printing out a valuation completed against a lead in the platform, the printout will not include any personal information of the lead such as name, email address, or phone number. This ensures privacy and confidentiality for the lead. The focus of the valuation printout will be solely on the relevant details of the valuation without disclosing any personal information.

Open Lead Filter
In LeadDriver, we're aligning the Open Lead Filter functionality with Engage to ensure consistency across platforms. Previously, there was a disparity between how the open leads filter worked in LeadDriver compared to Engage, resulting in users viewing very old leads in the open leads view.
To address this issue, the open leads filter in LeadDriver will now function exactly as it does in Engage. This adjustment ensures that users will experience a more uniform and accurate representation of their open leads.
It's important to note that while the functionality will be consistent, there will still be a difference between Engage and LeadDriver regarding the number of leads displayed. Engage has a cap of showing only 200 leads, whereas in LeadDriver, there is no limit to the number of leads that can be viewed. This ensures that users have access to all relevant leads without any restrictions.

Navigation
We've resolved an issue where users were incorrectly navigated back to the 'Test Drive' tab after completing a valuation, enquiry, or indicating vehicle of interest within a lead. Instead, users should have been directed back to the respective tab where they initiated the action, allowing them to view the completed valuation or details.
With the fix in place, users will now be seamlessly navigated back to the appropriate tab based on the tool they used previously. This ensures a smoother and more intuitive user experience, allowing users to easily access the information they need within LeadDriver.

Tool Tips on Lead Journey
In LeadDriver, users now have tooltips available for the Lead Journey. These tooltips provide valuable information about the journey above the top menu. Previously, these tooltips were hidden behind the top menu, making them inaccessible to users.
To address this issue, we've made enhancements to ensure that the tooltips are now visible and accessible above the top menu. With this improvement, users can easily access the tooltips and gain valuable insights into the Lead Journey without any obstructions.

Pagination
We've addressed a bug in LeadDriver's list view pagination that was preventing users from selecting 36 or 48 records per page. Previously, users were unable to specifically choose these options and get the desired results.
With the fix in place, users can now confidently select 36 or 48 records per page and receive accurate results in the lead list view.

Lead Count
We've resolved an issue where the lead count was mismatched when applying the Enquiry Type filter within Lead Management. Previously, the number of leads shown did not accurately reflect the actual results after applying the filter.
With the fix implemented, the lead count now accurately reflects the results when applying the Enquiry Type filter. Users can now rely on the filter to precisely narrow down their search and obtain the correct number of leads based on their selected criteria.
