Your Cloudlogic Password is required to be reset every 180days. When your password is due to be reset please follow the below steps.
Step 1
When you go to log in, you will be informed that your password needs to be reset. Click on the hyperlinked 'here' to start this process.
Step 2
Enter your current password then enter your new password twice (Once to enter and twice to confirm).
Once done, hit submit and wait. (This wait time may be upwards of 30seconds - do not refresh page or hit submit again).
Step 3
Once successful, you will be notified. Hitting 'OK' will take you back to the Cloudlogic log in page where you can log in with your new password.
If for any reason your password does not change, please ensure you have checked the below before contacting our support team.
Ensure that your password has met all of the requirements.
MUST HAVE: Minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 symbol and cannot be similar to a previous password.
