Update to Offer Types: "No Price" Replaces "Reject"
We have made a change to our offer types to improve user experience. The 'Reject' offer type is now called 'No Price'.
True rejections should be managed through the "Offer Exclusion List" in the Rules Engine.
Using the "No Price" action lets dealers indicate they are interested in the consumer's vehicle but can't provide a price at the moment. This change aims to reduce consumer disappointment and increase the chances of conversion in the future.

Personalise Your Trade-In Offer Messaging!
Enhance your website by customising the trade-in offer message that consumers see when they are presented with a Trade-In Offer from you.
To enter your personal message, simply follow the below steps.
Step 1: Log into v3 Dashboard, select Instant Offer and then Rules Engine
Step 2: Scroll down the page and under the Funnel Language section enter your personalised message in the Offer field.
Pro Tip: It is always a good idea to test how your message looks on the Trade-In Offer module on both desktop and mobile views, so we encourage you to perform some tests to ensure you are happy with how the message will display.

New "Ballpark Offer" Feature to Improve Lead Quality

Configurable Option: This feature can be enabled or disabled based on your preference.
How It Works: Consumers will see an estimated valuation range for their vehicle before answering detailed questions or providing contact details.
