LeadDriver | Create and Manage Test Drives

When you wish to create a Test Drive for a lead, simply click on the lead.

Go to Test Drive and click on 'Create a Test Drive'

The details of your lead will populate into the Primary Driver Section. 
Add a copy of your customers drivers licence (Front and Back required)

NOTE: Ensure that it is within one of the supported files. 

Ensure that the terms and conditions have been read and select the insurance excess amount.

Your customer will then be required to sign. They can do this by signing at the dealership or you are able to request a signature from them via SMS or Email.

In the Vehicle details section, select your vehicle (The vehicle attached to the lead will automatically populate) Select this vehicle or choose another. 

You as the sales person must then sign and hit Start Test Drive.

NOTE: You also have the option to print.

Once the Test Drive has been created, you will see it within your lead. You will have the option to 'End Test Drive' here or view its details. 

You will also be able to see the active Test Drive within your Dashboard. Here you will be able to view the Test Drive within the lead or end the Test Drive also.

If you choose to end the Test Drive, you will see options to either Add Note, Create Task or Log Activity.
